1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable (such as personalized products or opened beauty and skincare items for hygiene reasons).
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at jean@oliverfinch-publishing.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: After receiving your return authorization, carefully pack the item in its original condition and ship it back to us using the return address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us for assistance. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your new selection as soon as possible.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at jean@oliverfinch-publishing.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by issuing a full refund, sending a replacement, or processing an exchange at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened beauty or skincare products
- Health supplements
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
